In almost all the countries across the globe, cell phones are not fully integrated with sim cards that allow you to change operators without removing the sim card as these are illegal.

Netherlands has become the first country to legalize this.This concept of fully integrating  the cell phone with sim card helps expand the concept of internet of things.

Now you may be thinking what is internet of things?
The Internet of Things refers to uniquely identifiable objects and their virtual representations in an Internet-like structure.If all objects and people are assigned some identifiers then they can be detected and managed by computers.

Thus, when carrier free sim cards are integrated in the cell phone then the customer can change the carrier according to their requirement.
